Solution Colif Nov 29, 2016 download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB, or upgrade current install. I think the upgrade option is still there, if it isn't I would use USB to fresh install win 10 it should reactivate since you had 10 on PC already
