I have two desktops on my desk, one is my personal with dual screens and the other is my work desktop with just one screen. My work desktop is connected to the work site server. My personal runs off a hotspot 24/7. Is there a way I can switch back and forth between desktops with just 1 keyboard and mouse keeping my current setup of monitors?

Yes you can if you buy a two-way KVM adapter. It stands for keyboard, video and mouse and there are two ports on it for each of those devices. You simply press a button to switch between them.

I'm not recommending this product in any way but just to show you what you're looking for and around the amount you need to spend. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-Port-KVM-USB-2-0-VGA-SVGA-Switch-BOX-ADAPTER-Plug-and-Play-UK-SALE/231785131602?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D38661%26meid%3Df58d6f9838d44142bbf118c4132de16e%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D322339618505 If you prefer branded products, Belkin makes a good one too.

I've used a four-way for years because I work on my own machine and customers' at the same time.
