So im having some trouble with this error. Im not the biggest computer genius, so im not sure how to handle it. Sometimes it happens twice a day, sometimes it takes a week before i see it again. Anyone here who could help me out with a fix?

I got this BlueScreenView screenshot if it helps: http://imgur.com/a/cVGn6

Can you follow option one here: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5560-bsod-minidump-configure-create-windows-10-a.html
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c/windows/minidump
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

this might reveal more info so i can stop guessing.

WHEA stands for Windows Hardware Error Artchitecture. They normally associated with CPU error
parameter 0x0 = Machine Check Exception

are you overclocked? remove it if you are, it can cause these.

what are specs of the PC? AMD or Intel CPU?

that is good. CPU hardly ever fail but its worth a look, It could be drivers causing an interrupt, I would check motherboard makers web site for the board and make sure you have the latest chipset and maybe BIOS

guess we try the other hardware then.
try chkdsk first
right click start
choose command prompt (admin)
type chkdsk C: /f and press enter
it will ask you if you want to set it to run at start up, Press Y and restart PC so it can run the check, and fix any bad sectors

run the free version of http://www.memtest86.com/ on your ram, 1 stick at a time. It creates a bootable USB. You want 0 errors, and more and the stick needs to be replaced.
