How to turn off USB ports for Sleep Mode

I'm using Win 10 Pro and I hate that when I put it into sleep mode the USB ports remain powered on. Is there any way of turning USB ports off for sleep mode? I searched in the BIOS settings and I couldn't find anything. I also searched in Win settings but there's a ton of them so there could be a setting I din't find.

You could try control panel > device manager > Universal Serial Bus controllers > on all USB hub entries right click > properties > Power Management Tab > check "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
