Can`t use keyboard when it says "press any key to boot from usb"

Hello i have been dealing with this problem for the past 2 days in which my pc restarts after it says preparing autmatic repare. I found out that i have to enter into the safe mode but when i plug my usb with windows 10 i configure the bios for the boot and after saving it says "press any key to boot from usb" i press every botton in my keyboard but it just dont work, during the bios it works perfectly. I have a PS2 keyboard so it cant be that problem. If you know any other way to enter the safe mode or to solve my problem i really apreciate it. Thank you, im starting to going crazy.

I also tried turning on the legacy mode and plugged the usb in every port possible, exept the 3.0

have you considered trying a usb wired keyboard.. I had that issue some time back with a ps2 keyboard, seems windows 10 doesn't like those anymore ... lol

Unfortuately i tried with an usb keyboard but still it didnt work

I encountered same problem with wired keboard today. Just try to reconnect it. But you have to be quick. How long does your boot process takes.

On the back of the system case where the Ps2 mouse and keyboard connector is, you should have at least two usb ports above or bellow it.

Connect the usb keyboard to one of the two usb ports.

If you can get into the bios of the motherboard.

Look for the option of enable legacy usb device detection.
Enable it, or turn it on in the bios.
Save the new changes before you exit the bios.

You should then be able to press the space bar to boot from the windows 10 dvd install disc.
Off you go !

After everything i just send my pc to a specialist, but thank everyone for the help given.
