Monitor turns off but computer still running

Hi.
I recently built my PC, but there is a problem when I turn it off
The monitor shuts down but the PC is still on.
I have already checked my drivers and they are all uptated.
Fans are still running too.
I really need to solve this problem

My motherboard is a MSI B150 Gaming M3
My processor is an Intel i5-6500 3.2hz and I have a msi gtx 1060 armor 6g

I had this same problem a while ago and even sent my video card back under warranty but still not the problem. I ran a msi program to adjust fan settings and I went back to older Nvidia drivers. It worked and I got rid of all the other stuff in the background.
