In six cylinder engine, what happen if one cylinder has cracked? How to decide which cylinder is cracked? What reasons behind in this case?

A cracked cylinder would cause loss of power, rough running. If there's a crack the block either needs repaired (if possible) or replaced. You could check by doing a cylinder leak down test using a set of pressure gauges as well as a compression test with a test kit. If you don't own one (and don't have access to an air compressor) it would probably be cheaper to take it to a shop to have it done. By testing the various cylinders and checking readings one at a time it can be determined which one is the problem. When pressure is applied, the gauge readings will drop lower and steadily vs an intact cylinder in good condition.

It's typically caused by overheating, either too little coolant, worn water pump not pumping cooling efficiently, bad thermostat/stuck thermostat, a variety of things. Every now and then it could be from a faulty part when it was cast/machined but it's rare.
