Can't install Windows 10 on Samsung EVO Samsung 850 EVO - 120GB SSD

Hi, I am having some trouble getting Windows 10 loaded onto my Samsung EVO Samsung 850 EVO - 120GB. I downloaded Windows ISO to a 32G flash drive, disconnected the HDD and plugged in the SSD. I am been getting an error "invalid partition table". I have tried setting the flash drive as the first bootable device, with no success. I appreciate any guidance which can be provided.
