Hello

I would like to know if a generic psu "Magnum Tech" 500w can handle without problems that GPU + a4 4000 + 4 gb ram.

It has 18A maximum in the +12v Rail, and 15A maximum at the +5v rail.

Thanks.

Don't buy a cheap generic PSU. One power surge and your PC will be fried. A 350W to 400W PSU would be fine for this build. Both the CPU and GPU are low power components. Buy a decent quality PSU, such as Seasonic or EVGA.

With a EVGA 430w 80 plus i won't have problems? I will upgrade to an i3 + 8gb + gtx 1050 later.

That's much better than the one that you have right now. I'd get the 500W model since it's usually priced just a couple of bucks more.
