Help me choose between these two

Viewsonic 32" VX3209-2K (32 Inch 1440p 8ms 60hz) vs LG 34UM58 (34 ultrawide 2560x1080p 5ms 75hz).

- Both IPS
- both have the same price

gonna use it for moderate gaming.

what GPU do you have ?
note the lower resolution of the LG. With 34" the image will be grainy and text not really sharp.

i currently own a gt 630, i mostly do school stuff for now so no playing, but will soon upgrade to gtx 1070/rx 480/rx 490 i'm just waiting for amd to release their high end gpu and wait for a benchmark

IMHO, you'd be better with 1440p monitor.
for 34" UW I'd recommend a monitor with 3440x1440 resolution to have good experience.
