0x80070422 Error in win 10 store

So this error has been going on for a while now but it really annoyed me today when I bought FH3 and wanted to install it but i wasn't able to. This error won't allow me to update ANYTHING on my win10 store and i'm not even sure the win10 updates are even working anymore. Can someone help me?
