PC Ran in to problem

Hi guys...
I have big issue..
my pc restart with blue screen and it says your pc ran in to problem...ect...
the issue is it's says many of errors for each period ..
when I'm restart the computer it will work fine for a while...and its happening again..yes blue screen again..your pc ran in to problem....with new error..
Is it hardware issue or system issue?
my specs are..
core i7 6700k 4ghz
8gb teamelite
asus z170m plus motherBoard
asus geforece gtx 750 ti

First question: Do you have a SSD as your boot drive by chance?
If not you need to run a HDD test. You can download this http://www.seagate.com/support/downloads/seatools/ and all you have to do is check the box of your HDD and i would recommend running a long generic test on it. I would recommend testing your HDD in safe mode so your computer will have more of a chance to finish without crashing as the HDD test usually takes a hour or 2.
Also if you can run SFC /scannow maybe your OS is corrupt. Which if you dont know how to do you right click on the windows menu and click on Command Prompt (Admin) and type "sfc /scannow" and that should reply whether or not it finds corrupt files.
