windows 10 wont let me login in

im in the login screen and everytime i try to login it will say "The remote procedure call failed"
and i have idea what to do i really dont want to reinstall windows but if that will work tell me
then after i try to login it wont show in like power or reset buttons on the screen

Click restart and hold shift on the login screen to go to advanced options and do a System restore or windows reset.
