Why does my new gaming pc have more input lag than an old office pc?

So there is this website called humanbenchmark a site where u can test your reaction time by clicking the screen when it turns green and in turn it gives you how fast your click speed is. So basically on my old office pc that I got as a hand me down from my dad I got a consistent 215 ms. I played it everyday and always got the same score if not better. Now on my new gaming pc and I perform multiple tests of humanbenchmark I get a consistent 250 with sometimes slightly better and sometimes slightly worse. It seems almost impossible to get back to 215 ms. Why is it doing this? I am using the same exact monitor, cable, and mouse fyi

That doesn't really measure input lag as much as it does actual reaction time. 35ms (0.035 seconds) is way too small of a difference, with too many variables to conclude that your new computer is slower.
