Please help!!! Windows shows black screen when booting!!

Hello everyone! So I was updating my display driver today to get the new relive thingy and in the middle of the process, windows freezes and there was literally nothing I could do! I decided to shut down my computer by holding down the power button and when I turn it on, all it shows is a black screen and nothing would respond;I couldnt even change the dpi on my mouse...I tried going into safe mode and messed around with the settings. I disabled the amd thing at startup and it still gives me the black screen when I try to boot norally! Now I'm really worried!!! Please help!! Also, this has happened to me multiple times and I don't know why...but I fixed it my unplugging my mouse and keyboard. This time, I tried everything I could think of and I still couldn't fix it ;-;

Here are my pc specs
Os: windows 10 home
Graphics: msi rx 480 gaming x
Cpu: fx 8230e(ik not the best but does the job for me)
Ram: g.skill ripjaws x 8gb 1600mhz
Motherboard: Asus 970 pro gaming/aura
Psu: evga 600b
Case: corsair spec 01
(Other stuff that doesn't matter)
Fans: cooler master sickleflow 120 mm
Cpu cooler: coolermaster hyper 212 evo

My last option is to reset my pc which I really don't want to do!

Download and run Guru3d driver uninstaller in safe mode
