amd athlon x4 860k Low performance

Hello

I build my first system and i wanted to play games like League Of Legends and Rocket League.
But im kinda disappointed, im only getting around 90 fps with dips to the 70 fps is this normal for my system ?

Specs:
AMD Athlon X4 860K
8,00GB Single-Channel DDR3
Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-DS2
Sapphire Nitro rx480 4GB
fuma scfm-1000

Resolution1920x1080
League Of Legends Settings: High, aa off
Rocket League Settings: Medium aa off

Check the benchmarks for both, but seems a bit low to me, although you did not list settings or resolution. For High at 1080 you should be over 100 fps.
