144hz 1ms vs 144hz 4ms ?

I just bought the acer predator z321q and it has 144hz with gsync and 4ms. Is it a thing that i should worry about since it is not 1ms ?

it is not only about price.
1ms = TN
4ms = AHVA

Low response panel are old techs with lower image quality. Also, response time is not about input lag, it's about the change from white to black for a pixel or the effect you can call ghosting. Even there, some manufacturer rate the speed from grey to grey so it really hard to use that data for claiming anything.

don't worry about that, you will never notice that difference.

Due to size and panel type in this monitor, I would stick with it as is and ignore 3ms difference.
