No Internet Access With Wifi Or Ethernet Other Devices Fine. Help!

Hi i have had my laptop for quite a while now with no problems but the other day out of the blue it just started saying no internet access no problem connecting to the wifi but no internet access so i tried with the Ethernet and still the same problem everything else works fine just not the laptop ive tried all the normal stuff i could think of but nothing i can get on fine in safe mode but that is all my laptop is a Toshiba satellite c55d with an AMD quad-core with 4gb ram im sure thats not enough info let me know what you need im not the best on computers any held would be greatly appreciated.

hi i just came out of same mode and now it works fine no idea whats going on
