Application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Help I have tried everything)

I know there are other threads with the same problem but none of them have worked for me,
I am struggling with this problem for ever,

I am using windows 10 64 bit on my VAIO laptop,


I have tried:
reinstalling .net framework
deleting and installing directX
reinstalling Visual C++ Redistributable packages,
run as admin, compatiblity,
chkdsk stuff,
xinout1_1.dll files stuff
and also lots of other ways to fix it but none of them worked

I am currently trying to run Rocket League
totally legit (bought it from steam)

would really appreciate help thank you

I tried everything they said except formatting my pc and none of them worked
I copied the files and installed Microsoft Visual C++ and so on...
