It is temporary, however. So I need help fixing this issue permanently

**Found a TEMP fix**
It is NOT a perm fix. Have to do this every reboot apparently.

Task Manager> Services> Find DiagTrack > right click and **STOP**

Fixed issue in less than 30 seconds and now DISK usage is at 0%, and everything is running lightning fast

I was having problems updating this cumulative update, first it stuck at 95% for 4 hours, I deleted files from software distribution/ download folder. And manually downloaded the update and installed, the whole time around for 7 hours my hdd was always at 99-100%. Even after update it won't go down, never happened to me before. Above mentioned temporary fix didn't work for me. But permanent fix just did the tricks. Now my disk sitting at 0% usage. :D

Latest update kB3206631 was the main problem in my case, before installing this update and other 2 malicious removal tool and security for flash player update pc was running smooth. So I had to try and stop 100% disk usage.

Well maybe I didn't get KB3201845 update on my pc, maybe because I was gaming hardcore for last one week, maybe windows didn't get the chance to update. Is there any possibility that windows skipped KB3201845 update and went straight for KB3206632 update. I don't think so. I am confused now. I am pretty sure KB3206632 started using 100% disk usage. And it was system process using 0.1k/b which was taking hdd to 100%. Weird..

Sorry that was my mistake, I accidentally put 1 instead 2. This is my whole update history below. apparently I had all the needed update and still got 100% disk usage, and KB3201845 didn't do anything, but KB3206632 started the issue and i had to delete Diagtrack from command promt.
