Which monitor should i buy?

Hey Good evening I'm from India and my budget for monitor is 10000 rs for a monitor.

so generally i will do most of the time gaming like Gta 5, COD, Tomb raider,Wwe2k 17, sleeping dogs,Battlefield, Batman Arkham Knight, browsing internet and watch movie ,

so should i buy a TN monitor with 1ms or a IPS led with 6ms response time?

I've choose these two ( BenQ RL2240HE 21.5 inch 1ms and Dell S2216H 21.5 6ms, so you have to decide which one is better for me.

Does there is any noticeable difference between 6ms and 1ms ?

And I'm having this hardware
I3 6100 with Gtx 1060 3 gb
2×4 Corsair ddr4 RAM
Corsair 550W psu
Gigabyte GA- H110-M .

I'd go IPS over TN all the way, those ms doesn't count all that much compared to image quality IMO

the color representation of the IPS panels is often greater than TN, though at the cost of input lag... 1ms vs 6ms isnt that big of a deal when you are gaming a bit casual as far as I can gather from your summary of games and activites.

I'd get the IPS one. 6ms is fast enough for general gaming and media usage, and IPS is just way more pleasure to look at.
