My computer kept saying "Windows 10 ran into a problem and needs to restart" so I decided to reset my computer. Now when I use my computer for 5 minutes it freezes then says "Windows 10 ran into a problem and needs to restart". I already reset my computer, what am I supposed to do to fix this problem?

Solution
Hi

(1) find exact make & model of PC or motherboard

(2) go to the website of the manufacturer of your computer or manufacturer of your motherboard
and look for driver downloads

If an old PC or there are no new win 10 drivers there

Go to website of Intel or AMD for graphics drivers
and manufacturer of chipset for network & audio drivers

Hi

Is this a recent change in behaviour?
Is there a error message? If so what is it?

I was looking into a windows 10 desktop on a msi motherboard which crashed then after a minute gave an error message about watchdog timer

I upgraded the intel integrated graphics driver first without stopping the crashes

I updated the Realtek network driver a day or two ago
It is too soon to say for certain if it is cured

The audio driver would be next

It could also be malware

I would start checking the age of device drivers and confirming they are recent windows 10 versions

How do you update the drivers you mentioned. Its not malware but it may be the drivers.
