Desktop Background Blurry

So I had an ok background just 3 seconds ago but I wanted to change it so I looked up a few from my favorite game WoW and changed it to one of them and they are incredibly blurry. They are 1920x1080 pictures and my monitor's native resolution is the same so its confusing why the pictures are so blurry. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would make sure that the background in the personalization in the settings menu is set to center.
