This is my build- https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Trill.Opz/saved/qqcqsY

Now I want to stick with 1080p however I want it to be 144hz since I know my card can max out everything at 1080p... Now I hear with 144hz monitors you need either dual dvi links or display ports to connect. Which should I get and why? Monitor https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BV1XBEI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_FE-uybDJAX6WC

This monitor is free sync which I know is for AMD cards but I'm not sure what that does. Will it affect me because I'm using NVIDIA? Should I get another monitor if it interferes? Anyway it looks like an all around good monitor and it's basically what I'm looking for, for a great price so please answer those questions and feel free to any suggestions or comments! Thanks.

Solution
You can use a Freesync monitor just fine with an NVidia graphics card. It will work like a regular monitor.

That's a really nice build by the way. The monitor will suit in well, It's your best option for the price.

you would get no use of the free sync tech, it will just be a regular monitor
