Cortana opening browser 'Tell me a joke'

Hey Guys! So I got a quick question.
I purchased the Windows 10 Pro.
Everything is working fine but when I ask Cortana 'Tell me a joke' or 'How are you' she opens up a browser and searches that. Is there a solution for that? Thanks
