Shut off computer during update

During a windows 10 update i shut it off thinking it was done but i guess it wasnt and everytime i turn it back on it starts to load the windows logo pops up with the loading circle but then it goes to black screen. If someone could explain to me how to fix it that would be great because i know f8 doesnt work and im not very good with computers so... Yeah

Can you please try Booting Windows in Safe Mode Externally as explained in the second section of the tutorial? Once in safe mode, you can then Perform System Restore to an Earlier Date, i.e. before you initiated Windows Update.
