Compact build for work and some gaming

Hello! I am putting together a compact build to use for some work-related things and occasional gaming. Concerned whether this will fit in the 250D case. The idea is to replace the fans on the cooler with the (presumably more silent) Noctua ones. Not sure if that's a good idea.

Corsair fans are not very loud, so you may not need the noctuas. I would probably consider the Cryorig A40, over the H100i.
