Need expert help to choose components for a Gaming PC.

I am from Mauritius Island and I will buy my parts on eBay because the price is quite high in my country so I will buy it on eBay so that I can save money and because of my $1000 budget.
So, I need help to know if the components I've selected will be good.
Help me to choose for CPU Cooler and Power Supply and You can tell if REST needs change.

Motherboard: MSI B150M MORTAR

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700 3.4 Ghz LGA 1151

CPU Cooler: SilverStone Tundra TD03-LITE (SST-TD03-LITE) All-in-one liquid cooler
OR
SilverStone Argon AR08 (SST-AR08)

RAM: (2X8GB) Kingston DDR4 2133 16 G HyperXFury Memory HX421C14FB2K2/16

Graphics Card: Zotac ZT-P10600B-10M GeForce GTX 1060 6GB AMP! EDITION
I will buy the GPU later. Lets focus on the main thing.

Power Supply: SilverStone Strider Essential Gold 500 W (SST-ST50F-ESG)
OR
SilverStone Strider Essential Bronze 500 W (SST-ST50F-ESB)

Why do you want to purchase on ebay specifically???

Buying on ebay might not be a great idea, ussualy the prices are lower if you buy directly from a retailer website, also if you buy all from same retailer you save money on shipping.

Your builkd is well balanced, if you are playing on a 1080p monitor then you can max out pretty much all games.

And don't buy a used one.

Aim for XFX (except the XT), Super Flower or Seasonic.

Also for a 6700 you don't at all need a liquid cooler.
Something like a 212 EVO, BeQuiet slim or Cryorig H7 is already overkill if you don't want to use the stock cooler.

I will purchase the graphics card later.

I have no other option than to buy on eBay cause In my country(Mauritius) I will pay 2 times more than on eBay.
Even with shipping and Tax....I pay still save money on eBay.

Regarding buying from retailer website the problem is that they do not ship to Mauritius.

Choose for any other retailer except ebay. Ebay is not a very good place to get your parts, reason why its cheaper.
Keep the i7 and b150. Ditch the cooler, as the stock cooler should be plenty and you can save some money there.
RAM and GPU are fine.
