Win10 Advanced options doesn't show up

Hello, when I open my PC after booting I see a blue screen and I can't do nothing advanced options doesnt pop out for some reason, can you help me?

F8 button that used to work in 8 & 7 is disabled in win 10. One way to get to advanced menu is start pc, when it starts to load windows, hit reset button on case. if you repeat pattern 3 times it should load auto repair and lead you to a screen saying advanced options (Perhaps) which leads to advanced startup

the easier way, which hurts pc less is to on another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
