Problem with an old VPN entry? I don't even know

Soo few days ago I installed HolaVPN and entered a website with a German VPN because the website was blocked in my country. After that I uninstalled HolaVPN, deleted the folder in appdata and now bunch of websites are in german, went to whatismyip and it says i'm from Germany too. How do I delete whatever HolaVPN left behind so it resets it back to normal?

Maybe you have a proxy set in your browser. If not, check for virtual networks and delete them.
