Is there any significant difference between these two monitors?

Hey guys. I've been on the lookout for some IPS monitor with FreeSync (if cheap enough).

Apparently, there are some viable choices here. Mainly, I'm interested in these two:

http://www.lg.com/uk/monitors/lg-23MP68VQ-P
and
http://www.lg.com/au/it-monitors/lg-24MP68VQ

(UK/AU sites don't have any meaning, they just happened to pop out first in the search results.)

The first one I can get for 140€ and the second one is more expensive - around 200€. Both new. Why is that? Quick look through the specs and I've found almost no significant differences (except the obvious diagonal size - 23" vs 24"). Both have IPS panels, up to 75Hz refresh rate (it says so for the first monitor, I assume it's the same for the second one), 5ms response time and both have FreeSync.

I'll be playing games on PC, so these specs look quite nice for the price. Has anyone used one of these? I'd like to hear your opinions about them.

I think I wasn't clear enough in the main post - I don't really mind the diagonal size difference. It's negligible at this point. My main concerns were the specs - i.e. why is there such a price difference if those two monitors are nearly the same?
