How to install Windows 10 without optical drive

I am planning to build a computer soon with Windows 10. I have already burned the ISO file on to a 4GB USB stick, but I need an activation key. The cheapest way to get Windows 10 in Canada is on a DVD (http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=12851110478), but my computer will not have an optical drive. How can I install Windows 10 from the USB with a legit activation key?

So I'm buying DVD & key but the DVD is useless to me, because I'm installing it off a USB?

Correct, mostly.
And the license key is what actually costs money. The physical DVD is free and trivial.
