cant watch videos

Since I reinstalled windows because a big virus, I can't watch any videos on YouTube and internet, nor all video files.
I already reinstalled the GPU drivers.

Specs:
I7 980
Asustek mono
GTX 1060 armor
18 GB ddr3 triple channel
2x 1TB HDD
120 GB ssd

if i watch normal videos from my hdd, it keeps loading for ever and no error.

other browsers didnt help
