USB Driver Device Not Recognized

I have a BLU R1 HD phone that will not show up in Windows 10, but it will show up in Windows 7 on a different PC.

I've tried uninstalling the unrecognized device in device manager and reinstalling several times. BLU does not make Windows drivers as I have already contacted them. What should I do?
