Screen Doesn't Fit Native Resolution

Hello, so I have a 1600x900 screen and it is the native resolution. All my graphics settings and windows settings are set at 1600x900 but my screen doesnt fit. I have to use NVIDIA Control panel to move my screen a little bit to the left and right. Any solutions?

Look for a setting called something like Screen Fit or Unscaled on your monitor. Might work. Cant say more specifically as you didnt say monitor type
