on my Surface Pro 3 when I turn it off it doesn't want to turn on sometimes. Its like it gets stuck and wont load or it stays like that and it will load up. Or I have to keep restarting it over and over and over just to get it to turn on. What could be going this i really need help.

..Getting full. the 120GB SSD in there in on the small side for a fully used system. I'd start by off loading as mush of your data to the OneDrive/DropBox/Google Drive or an external HDD and see it its behavior improves.

also, from the Command Prompt (admin) type:

shutdown /s /f /t 0

This command immediately force running apps to close, and then performs a full shutdown of the computer.

change the /s to /r for restart
