"Yes Drive Open Powershell window here powershell.exe -noexit -command Set-Location '%V'"

On here the 100mb partition is if you're using a UEFI system. On this it says EFI system.

The MSR partition is a partition of a data storage device, which is created simply to reserve a portion of disk space for possible subsequent use by a Windows operating system installed on a separate partition.

The 450mb partition is a recovery partition

And obviously the 4th is the partition with the OS on it

i try not to use ccleaner as it can do more damage than its worth, do the same two processes show in task manager/start up tab?

can you add more columns to that page? maybe one with a file name?

have you tried running malwarebytes?

Yes I have ran Malwarebytes and it was clean. Those are the only columns on that page. You can see what it gives for the filename (although it isn't a usual filename.)

I cannot find these particular items in task manager/startup tab. There are two Windows processes, "Console Window Host". And one background process, "Windows Shell Experience Host."

Why do you say CCleaner can do more damage than it's worth?

You could Download Process explorer and run it as admin (it comes from Microsoft so its safe) - it might show you whats going on in more details than task manager can

This page shows what all the colours and headings mean, link at bottom of it shows how to use it to find problems. You can right click headers and run an av scan from within the program.

Can I Disable “Windows Shell Experience Host?”
No, you can’t disable “Windows Shell Experience Host”, and you shouldn’t anyway. It’s an important part of delivering the visuals you see in Windows 10

if you use it to clean registry. I just leave registry alone. When I initially got this PC I ran ccleaner and it uninstalled files other programs needed to do their job.

Windows Setup will automatically create the 4 partitions below on the drive, and install Windows 10 on the primary partition.
Partition 1 - Recovery
Partition 2 - System - The EFI System partition that contains the NTLDR, HAL, Boot.txt, and other files that are needed to boot the system, such as drivers.
Partition 3 - MSR - The Microsoft Reserved (MSR) partition that reserves space on each disk drive for subsequent use by operating system software.
Partition 4 - Primary - Where Windows is to be installed to.

just me being curious what the MSR is:
The Microsoft Reserved Partition (MSR) reserves space on each disk drive for subsequent use by operating system software. GPT disks do not allow hidden sectors. Software components that formerly used hidden sectors now allocate portions of the MSR for component-specific partitions.

I wonder if those hidden sectors include spare sectors for chkdsk functions.
