I have a msi z170a gaming m7 mobo.
Case is Corsair C600
i7-6700k.
Evga Supernova G2 750W PSU
16 GB ram Ripjaws
Gtx 1080
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD
Seagate 7200 RPM 2TB HDD
I just bought a usb3.0 stick and i tried copying some file on it , and im kinda dissapointed by the speeds. The avarage is at 2.2 mb/s but sometimes it spikes to 6mb/s for a few seconds then goes back to 2-2.2 mb/s .
I tried copying by putting the stick into the Case usb 3.0 port and in the back of the mobo 3.0 port , the speeds are the same.People told me that usb 3.0 should work at around 9-14 mb/s , so what am i doing wrong ?
