aspect ratio on window 10

i got a new computer and installed windows 10 but the aspect ratio looks like it is on 4:3 and there is now of changing it in the settings. What do i do?

Right click on desktop and go to display settings. Go to advanced display settings and you change it there.

If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the graphics driver
