im not sure if i should upgrade my cpu from a fx 8350 to a i5 6500k

hi i currently have a fx 8350 and im not sure if i should upgrade or not.I use my pc mostly for gaming.my pc has a
fx 8350 cpu
gtx 1060 3gb gpu
wd 1tb storage
nzxt s350 case
msi gaming 970 am3+ MOTHERBOARD
500w psu
8.00GB Single-Channel ddr3
BenQ GL2450H moniter

and i am also not sure if the pc is bottlenecking the gpu cuz the usage on arma 3 on ultra is around 30% to 40% and 30-40fps

Arma only uses 1-2 cores so you're lucky to see 30% utilization, given that 6-7 of your cores will be unused. The i5 6600K with a decent overclock will have more than double the single-threaded performance, and a smaller but still healthy improvement in multithreaded performance. I personally favor the i7 6700 with a B150 motherboard over an i5 + Z170 (they're around the same price), the i7 is faster and draws less power in most new AA games, but if you play Arma, the i5 has higher single-threaded performance and that game will take all you can give it.

rust
and more so would it make a difference in those games
and u still dident tell me if i should upgarde

Some games you'll see more improvement than others, but all will be faster on the i5. Arma will likely show the largest gains.
