I install windows but the windows boot manager will not appear in bios.

I have installed windows on to 2 different hard drives and neither have loaded windows. When I use the USB to install it again it shows that windows has taken the space off the drive but it will not load into windows. I appreciate your help.
 
Solution
You are missing the point,I am not talking about seeing them in bios (the main page,or wherever you have them),i mean the bios part where you have the boot options,since if the bios is not configured to allow booting from a device that device will not boot an os
