I install windows but the windows boot manager will not appear in bios.

I have installed windows on to 2 different hard drives and neither have loaded windows. When I use the USB to install it again it shows that windows has taken the space off the drive but it will not load into windows. I appreciate your help.

Windows boot manager does not show up in a bios that is configured with legacy boot.WIndows boot manager shows up only on an EFI boot.What message do you get if you remove the usb drive from the pc?

It says that no boot device found please disconnect any drives with out an os on it.

Check the bios for the boot devices.It might be that you installed windows but the devices are not allowed to boot ,being restricted by the bios.

I have all drives show up and show that they are healthy.

You are missing the point,I am not talking about seeing them in bios (the main page,or wherever you have them),i mean the bios part where you have the boot options,since if the bios is not configured to allow booting from a device that device will not boot an os
