please let me now what you think and what i could improve on
specs:

-CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor

-Motherboard: ASRock 970M PRO3 Micro ATX AM3+/AM3 Motherboard

-Ram: G.Skill AEGIS 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1333 Memory

-Storage: Crucial MX300 525GB 2.5" Solid State Drive = 1 t hard drive (from my old pc)

-video card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB GAMING Video Card

-Power supply: Cooler Master Elite V2 550W ATX Power Supply

-Case: Case form old pc

Alot of poor choices. The FX is currently a poor buy for gaming especially when paired with an inadequate motherboard(weak vrm setup can cause cpu throttling). Slow single channel ram and a very poor quality PSU. Whats your budget and location and we can post some better price/performance builds.
