Whatever you do STAY AWAY from that PSU.
A 18€ PSU is an accident waiting to.happen.

I'm confident Chugalug will be able to suggest something far superior to this.
The build doesn't have good value for the money.

Then drop off that SSD (among other things), for 2 reasons.
1. a single 240GB is pretty much too small for the only drive in a gaming system
2. A 1TB HDD will be cheaper

You don't need Windows 10 Pro. Home will do the same thing for cheaper.

So instead of the 240SSD a 1TBHDD and windows 10 home, and is it safe to go with the PSU and the AMD processor?

That PSU, no.
AMD? It will work, but there is zero upgrade path for that. It is basically a 4 year old architecture.
An Intel i3-6100 and applicable motherboard would be better.

Will it work? Yes.
I'm just saying that you are starting down a dead end road, when there are other solutions for about the same price.

Can you list some parts then?
