Aside from DVI and Displayport, are there any HDMI cables I can use to get 144hz 1080p?

I'm getting incredibly mixed messages about HDMI running 1080p 144hz, some people are saying that HDMI 1.3 and above can run it and others are saying not?

Saying HDMI wont work
Saying HDMI will work
Saying HDMI will work

If it makes any difference my GPU, my monitor.

Afraid not, that monitor doesn't support it. Your card supports HDMI 2.0 so it's ok. But it would need to connect to a a monitor that supported 2.0. The actual cables are identical between HDMI 1 and 2, as long as they're High Speed Cables. Which is nearly every cable anyway, I've never actually seen a Standard Speed Cable in person.
