Hello and merry Christmas. I just received a gtx 1050ti for my build, and when installing I had to unplug my ssd just to slip in my card, then after words, i got everything in and turned on. But, after turning on and using the software, chrome is unable to visit websites, it says all https sites are stealing my information. I can't install programs or drivers, all my folders on my c drive(ssd) are read only. Also I can't open steam games cause it cant access microsoft features.

I would love some help, thank you guys

All the folders are always read only, its just it normally doesn't effect you as you have permission to access them.
can try creating a new user and see if it has same problems - might help to make it admin: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/instantanswers/5de907f1-f8ba-4fd9-a89d-efd23fee918c/create-a-local-user-account-in-windows-10

Have you tried restarting PC and see if its just a glitch?

permissions might get fixed up if you set up a homegroup on PC: http://www.windowscentral.com/how-setup-and-manage-windows-10-homegroup-local-network
