Installing Windows 10 from USB

Just bought a new PC and was wondering because I bought Win 10 on a USB, will I be able to install the OS from it? Just making sure that I don't need to buy the disc version of win 10 and a disc drive for my new PC because I didnt. Ty in advance for your answers!

You can install from that USB stick.
