Currently I have a 1680 by 1050, 60Hz, somewhere between 5-10ms delay, 22 inch monitor.
I don't know how important it is to have 1ms delay (or if it exists), or if there is a difference between 1ms and 2ms delay for csgo.

I don't know if this is a good option: https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-VS247H-P-23-6-1920x1080-Monitor/dp/B005BZNDS0/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1482804544&sr=8-2&keywords=120hz+monitor

Because it says 2ms response time but 5ms refresh rate, and I am assuming response time is the one that matters.

Is the monitor in the link the lowest 120Hz monitor in terms of price?

Thanks.

Solution
120/144Hz will only improve latency/input lag and help a bit with motion (less for monitors than for tvs).
any decent monitor will do around 5ms response (how quick it can change from dark-bright-dark),
so no need to look for a certain screen.

1080p looks not so good on screens larger than 24, so i would rather get a 1440p than a 120Hz 27".
