Ok.. So Ill start off by saying thanks to whom ever can help me with this. I wanted to build another gaming computer for awhile now i think i have enough to get one going. Not looking for a beast but id like to build for the future if at all possible. If not that ok too if i have to buy a cheap dell or HP and just throw a card and power supply in it. SO here's the complicated part, the money. So i have 300 cash, another 200$ in best buy gift cards, 50$ in amazon card. I could maybe squeeze another 50$ in cash if needed. I live next to a Micro center also. I'm just above novice as far as my computer knowledge. its important to remember best buy will price match. So what do you think, Buy a cheap refurbished pre-made and put a card in it, or start a cheap build? i do not have a copy of windows either. thanks for any and all ideas of what you would do.

Ok i know you think this is a little overboard for a budget. The local Micro Center has the CPU on sale for 279! that 60 bucks off picker best price. So i thought to shoot for that cause its just a great deal but its not set in stone. This is my first real build so if your seeing something that way off just let me know. Ok you might notice i dont have a power supply, thats because im salvaging my old BFG 550w fully modular that i put in my dell to run my old BFG 9800 GTX+ 1GB card. Anyways im hoping that will save me some dough. also after mail in rebate that above motherboard at my local micro center is only 9$so that another 45$ off the top. Also the internal hard drive at micro center is only 39$ sp thats another 20$ off the top. If i can figure out where to get a cheap copy of windows that would be another 100$ off the top. So that would be 260$ off the total which is a much more reachable number. This is looking like its not going to happen with the 6700k
