Looking to get a better monitor. My cpu/gpu is i5 4430/gtx 970. I currently have a 1080p viewsonic 60hz that's been giving me rippling/tearing on the lower portion of the monitor in some games. I've been looking at 75hz and 144hz monitors but I'm not really trying to break the bank and I'm not sure if my cpu would hold me back. I do a lot of free mmos or mmos. I tend to get 80-114 FPS in eso

Could I/should I do 75hz/144hz monitor?
Good one for under $200- $220?
