Re-Size Monitor Size for Dual Monitor Setup?

This may seem like an odd concern, but hey, I'd still appreciate any potential help. I also apologize in advance for the wordiness of this post, but I just want to make sure all necessary information is clarified.

I just got a VG248QE, and I already had a PG278Q. I'm currently running them in a dual-monitor setup, which is great, but I have 1 small gripe.

Quick preface: the PG278Q is 27" 2560x1440 and the VG248QE is 24" 1920x1080.

Obviously, 1920 is 75% of 2560 and 1080 is 75% of 1440, so Windows assumes my VG248QE's length and width are exactly 75% of those of my PG278Q (which they obviously aren't). My VG248QE would need to be 17.625" wide and 10.125" tall for this to be the case.

The problem here is that transitioning monitors isn't 1:1. Sometimes this can be a nuisance because the clearance on one monitor doesn't align with the clearance on the other monitor. Refer to these pictures: https://i.imgur.com/k5BJYvI.jpg and https://imgur.com/7N8bKJq

As a result of this, I can never QUITE get the perfect alignment.

My question is, is there a way for me to change the "size" of my monitor in Windows (or perhaps some sort of 3rd party application) so that it recognizes that my VG248QE is bigger than what Windows thinks? Or is this completely impossible because it's all based on pixel count?

Any help would be awesome. I need to either fix this or accept that it's something I'll just have to get used to.
